Cashew Candy Balls

Cashew Candy Balls - with walnuts

This is a great alternative to an After Dinner Mint to conclude your meal with something sweet and healthy with no added fat or sugar.

Ingredients
3/4 cup of cashew butter (basically freshly ground cashews)
2 or 3 packet of SPLENDA
4 drops of vanilla extract
10 walnut halves

Instructions
Start by softening cashew butter by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes
Sweeten with SPENDA.. add 2 or 3 packets depending on your personal taste preference
Add vanilla extract and mix all contents well by hand
Envelop a walnut half in a small amount of cashew mixture and roll into a neat round ball
Solidify the cashew candy balls in the fridge
Should make about 9 to 10 cashew candy balls.
