Whole Grain Pudding

Whole Grain Pudding with Pecans - no added fat & sugar

Ingredients

12 fluid oz evaporated unsweetened skim milk
1/4 cup of oat bran
2 cardamom pods
2 tablespoon chopped pecans
4 packets of SPLENDA (adjust sweetness to your own taste)
4 drops of caramel flavoring (available from the internet)
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder (any brand from a health food store)

Directions

Place all ingredients, barring protein powder, in a sauce pan on medium low heat
Cook gently for about ten minutes while constantly stirring until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat and scoop out the cardamom pods

Add the protein powder and mix thoroughly avoiding any clumps
Decorate with a few more chopped pecans
Serve either hot or cold and enjoy this healthy dessert with no added fat or sugar.
