Low Cal Creamy Oatmeal

Creamy Oatmeal - made without milk and sugar

Start with a large microwave safe bowl. Add half a cup of instant/quick oats and one cup of water, a tiny pinch of cinnamon and quarter teaspoon of Sweet Sensation(TM) (trade name for a natural low-cal sweetener, Lou Han, available in health food stores or the internet). Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds and then add a single slice of fat-free American-flavored cheese. Stir well to allow the cheese to melt and combine into the oatmeal. As an optional step, you can boost the sweetness by adding one single packet of Equal. Add some toppings, such as two teaspoons each of dry raisins and sliced almonds. Enjoy your delicious creation while it is still hot and I promise you will NOT taste the cheese but will perceive its creamy texture.
