Tuna with Button Mushrooms
Tuna with Button Mushrooms
Ingedients
1 can of white chunk tuna (6 oz)
4 medium size button mushrooms
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 medium size shallot
1 scallion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli flakes (optional if you can take the heat)
1/2 teaspoon of dry parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Double the above igredients for 2 servings.
Instructions
Chop the shallot and scallion and saute in oil in a non stick pan
Slice the button mushrooms and add them to the pan with the tuna
Add rest of the ingredients and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes
If you are not a fan of mushrooms substitute with brocolli
Serve while hot with brown rice or make a wrap using a whole wheat tortilla.
