Egg White Souffle

Egg White Souffle - with no added fat or sugar

Ingredients
1 cup of Better'n Eggs (4 egg white)
1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese (whipped variety is a better option)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 or 4 packets of Splenda
A pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon of almond slices (optional)
1/2 tablespoon of raisins (optional)
This should serve 2 people, with each serving containing only 100 calories & 20 grams of protein.
Instructions
Coat a microwave-safe bowl with a cooking spray
Place all the ingredient in the bowl and mix well
Microwave on high for about 3 minutes until mixture is partially set
With a fork, smash the set egg and mix with the unset
Microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes (adjust timing based on power of m/w)
Enjoy this healthy fat and sugar-free creation while it is hot, either as a breakfast item or a dessert.
