Banoffee Dessert

Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat whipped cottage cheese
1 tsp honey
1/2 banana
1 tbs roasted salty peanut
2 tsp sugar & fat-free caramel sauce

Instructions

Place the whipped cottage cheese in a bowl with a few peanuts and sweeten with honey and mix well
Add a layer of banana circles on top of the cottage cheese
Scatter remaining peanuts over the banana circles and drizzle caramel sauce

This is my interpretation of the classic British Banoffee Pie. It is a perfect low-fat healthy dessert for one.
