Brussels Srouts with Sardines in Tamarind Sauce
Ingredients
4 large Brussels sprouts sliced
1 can of sardines in hot sauce
1 Roman tomato chopped
1 Jalapeno finely sliced
1 Scallion finely chopped
1 tbs of tamarind sauce
1 tsp of dried mint
Salt n pepper

Instructions
Place Brussels sprouts in a microwave save dish with a 3 tbs of water and steam on high for 3 minutes
Drain water from the Brussels spouts and mix the rest of the ingredients into the bowl
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with dried mint


This dish would be a perfect appetizer, involving no cooking and yielding two small servings.
