Tuna With Peas and Pearl Onions (You Tube Video)

In this video I will show you how to transform a couple of cans of food into a healthy flavorful meal within minutes. Enjoy with plain boiled brown rice.

Recipe

2 cans of tuna
1 can of green peas with baby onions
One yellow onion
½ teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon of tomato sauce with basil
1 chopped tomato
1 jalapeno pepper (deseed and membranes removed)
Squirt of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dry cilantro
Salt and Black Pepper
