Hawaiian Purple Sweet Potatoes - a superb side dish

Wash one large Hawaiian purple sweet potato and cut into round quarter inch slices, leaving the skin on. Saute one small red onion in two teaspoons of olive oil and add the potato slices to the pan with three tablespoons of water, together with three crushed dried red chillies, two table spoons of banana-flavored ketchup, a good squirt of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover saucepan with a lid and cook on low heat for about ten minutes. Garnish with fresh dill.
