The Importance of Good Posture 

I am always amazed why people spend so much time and money buying expensive designer clothes when they look like the hunchback of Notre Dame!! 

No expensive outfit could possibly make someone look attractive when they have bad posture. However, a person with great posture will undoubtedly have an extraordinary presence and look attractive in whatever they choose to wear. This is because good posture equals confidence, which equals attractiveness. 

When we have good posture, research has show that we have more positive thoughts and exhibit a greater level of creativity.

As an added bonus, good posture will eliminate back problems later on in life. So, let us all start working on improving our posture and please do NOT confuse this with being in good shape. I see plenty of people in the gym who are in good shape, but are less than physically appealing due to bad posture. Conversely, some overweight people can look good because of their fine posture.
