Snow Peas in Fat-Free Lemon Butter

Snow Peas - a quick and easy side dish

Ingredients

3/4 lb snow peas
1 medium size red onion roughly diced
1 tbs of olive oil
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of fined chopped garlic
1 tbs of fat-free lemon butter dill sauce
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
2 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of dry dill

Instructions

Rinse and Snip off the head and tail of each snow pea
Saute onion, garlic and cumin seeds in oil in a pan
Add all ingredients to the pan barring dill
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
Garnish with dill and season with salt to taste

Should yield 4 to 5 servings. Perfect as a side dish, providing a great source of greens to complete your healthy meal.
