Shrimps with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

0.6 lb cooked shrimps
1 medium size red onion thinly sliced
1 tsp of crushed garlic
1 tbs of olive oil
2 tbs of store bought tomato sauce
1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
1 roman tomato roughly chopped
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp of dry basil
Season with salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Saute onions and garlic in oil in a pan
Add tomato sauce and red and green bell peppers to the pan
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium low heat
Add remaining ingredients to the pan and mix well
Turn the heat off and allow the shrimps to warm through
Should yield two to three servings. Enjoy with whole grain pasta or brown rice.
