Grilled Peaches With Whipped Cottage Cheese & Apricot Jam

Ingredients
One large rip peach
3 tablespoons of 1% fat whipped cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of sugar free apricot jam
1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
15 to 20 raisins
Instructions
One large rip peach
3 tablespoons of 1% fat whipped cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of sugar free apricot jam
1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
15 to 20 raisins
Instructions
Slice the peach into about 5 or 6 round slices
Grill peaches on a stove-top grill for 2 minutes on either side
Spread whipped cottage cheese on each slice of peach
Place a small layer of apricot jam on top
Decorate each slice with almond and raisins
Eat while peaches are still warm. Makes a perfect dessert for one.
