Grilled Sweet & Sour Salmon

Ingredients
2 5 oz salmon fillets
1 tbs Balsamic vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sweet and sour sauce
1 tsp of dried mint
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
Create a marinade by mixing all the ingredients in a zip lock bag
Place the two salmon fillets in the bag and marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge
Spray a stove top grill pan with an oil spray and heat the pan on high flame
Grill salmon fillets on the pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes on either side

Perfect for lunch or dinner. Serve with brown rice and steamed green vegetables.
