Toasted Spicy Polenta Cake


Toasted Spicy Polenta Cake 

Recipe
1/3 cup polenta
1 cup of boiling hot water 
Pinch of cayenne nutmeg salt & pepper 
1 tbs of honey flavored goat cheese 

Instructions
Stir polenta in boiling water and add other ingredients. Cook for five minutes 
stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. 

Create two patties and let them cool.
On one of the patties spread goat cheese and lay the other patty on top.  Toast 
the resulting cheese filled cake on both sides for a few minutes in a frying pan 
coated with cooking spray. 

Enjoy this savory delight as a perfect accompaniment to afternoon tea
