Gram Flour Flat Bread

Recipe

1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of dried herb of choice (dill, cilantro, mint or fenugreek leaves)
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Combine all dried ingredient in a bowl and mix thoroughly
Add water slowly and stir well to create a smooth batter
Pour of half of the prepared batter onto a non stick pan to make one flat bread
Cook over medium low heat for 3 to 4 minutes and then flip the bread and cook the other side for 3 to 4 minutes

Recipe should make two flat breads. Enjoy the fat free and utterly delicious gram flour flat bread with store-bought hot and sour sauce or mango chutney. This is a perfect snack late afternoon or serve it as an appetizer.
