Cream of Mushroom & Crab Soup

Ingredients

1 can condensed low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cooked crab meat
1 tbs ginger flavored wasabi sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard sauce
2 tbs lime juice
1/2 tsp dried red chilly flakes
1 tsp dried dill
Salt to taste

Instructions

Open the can of mushroom soup and pour into a sauce pan. Add one can equivalent of water to the pan and stir well over medium heat.
Add crab meat, wasabi, mustard and lime juice to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Continue cooking until soups just starts to bubble (don't boil)
Season with salt to taste and garnish with dried dill

Recipe should yield two servings. Enjoy the soup with Italian flat bread as a perfectly healthy appetizer.
