½ tsp dried parsley
1 tsp malt vinegar

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp jalapeno sauce
½ tsp dried parsley
1 tsp malt vinegar
1/2 tbs olive oil
2 large sweet potatoes
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine cumin, salt, cayenne, jalapeno sauce and parsley and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel potatoes, cut each in half lengthwise, and cut each half into 6 wedges.
In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes, oil, vinegar and spice/herb mixture. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
Spray a baking sheet with an oil spray
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and place on the middle shelf of the oven.
Bake until edges are crisp and potatoes are cooked through -- about 30 minutes.
Serve hot. This is a great substitute for French fries.
