Honey Balsamic Persimmons

Ingredients

1 ripe persimmon
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tsp honey
Pinch of dried mint

Instructions

Wash and dry persimmon and slice into half moons and place in a small bowl
Add balsamic vinegar and honey to the bowl
Leave to marinate in the fridge for about 30 mins to 1 Hour
Arrange the persimmon slices on a nice dessert plate and sprinkle a pinch of dried mint before serving

Perfect as an after dinner healthy sweet treat for one person
