Scallops with Garden Peas & Bell Peppers

Ingredients

1/2 lb Scallops
1 small onion sliced
1/2 tsp of garlic ginger paste
1 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 cup of diced red bell peppers
2 Tbs lime juice
1 can of green peas (15 oz)
1 tsp of hot sour sauce
1 tsp of dried parsley
Salt to taste


Instructions

Saute onion, garlic and ginger in oil
Add red bell peppers and lime juice and cook for a two minutes
Add remaining ingredients and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes until scallops are cooked (do not overcook them)
Garnish with parsley


Recipe will yield two servings. Enjoy this dish hot with brown rice.
