Sweet and Tangy Chestnuts

Ingredients

10 chestnuts
1 tbs Citrus on the Green Balsamic vinegar (www.TavernDirect.com)
1 tsp fat and sugar free chocolate sauce
Spritz of lime juice
1 tbs sliced almonds
1 tbs golden raisin

Instructions

Boil chestnuts for about 8 to 10 minutes
Remove the shell and roughly chop the chestnuts and place in a small bowl
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

Should yield two servings. Enjoy the complexity and depth of flavors and textures of this nutty mixture as a topping over Greek yogurt or dare I say Vanilla ice cream. Alternatively, eat this as a dessert by itself.
