Grilled Sea Bass - dinner for one 

Ingredients

2 medium size sea bass fillets
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs spicy mustard

Instructions

Place the fish fillets in a plastic bag and add the balsamic vinegar and mustard 
Ensure that the marinade is well mixed and coats the fish well
Allow the fish to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours
Sprinkle sat and pepper to taste and grill the fish for two minutes on either side

Enjoy the grilled over couscous and steamed bok choy.
