Creamy Cheesy Tuna w/Corn & Peas
Ingredients

4 oz solid white tuna
7 oz garden peas
7 oz sweet corn
1 tbs fat free mayonnaise
1 tbs shop bought reduced fat cheese sauce
1 tsp hot and sour sauce
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with dried parsley 

Instructions

There is no cooking involved here if you are using canned tuna, peas and sweet corn.
Simply drain the water from the canned goods and place them in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Add all other remain ingredients to the pan and mix well and cook for just a few minute until everything is warmed through. Season the dish with salt and pepper and garnish with dried parsley.  Use fresh parlsey if you have any.

This recipe should yield one generous serving. Have this for brunch as the main course with brown rice crackers or whole wheat toast.
