Healthy HALWA Made With Rye Flour 
 
Recipe

1/4 cup rye flour 
1/4 tsp of veg oil
1/2 cup of water 
3 tsp of sugar substitute or use honey
Pinch of salt, ground cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg
Handful of dried fruits, nuts & seeds 
 

Instructions

Brown dry ingredients in a pan with the oil for five minutes and then add 
water. Mix thoroughly and cook for two more minutes and then combine the dried 
fruits and nuts. Recipe yields one serving.  Eat while hot.
