Sweet Flat Millet Bread



Sweet Flat Millet Bread - gluten free

Ingredients

1/4 cup of millet flour 
1/2 cup of water 
2 tbs of honey (or less to taste)
Handful of nuts, raisins, dried fruits & seeds 
A pinch of salt 
A pinch of cinnamon 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly to create a nice batter
Pour and spread the batter in a non stick pan
Cook over medium low heat for two minutes on each side. 

Serve with afternoon tea or enjoy as a sweet treat after dinner. 
Millet four is rich in fiber and gluten free and alkaline so its great for digestion.
